How to crack or exactly decrypt MySQL passwords

have u ever losing or forgot your user or
password have created on database ??

perhaps this will help u to get back it to your hold. 

I was testing this to get back my user and password ostube (at smkn1kawali)
which is put on mysql as database,

1. Login to our mysql server & hit our password user
   in this case im using root user to login to mysql
   
   
   
   
   


2. Select database who wanna spy or get back our password on that database
   


3. If we are not knowing structure of database have already choosen in above, we can show  it (to know what table should we select or display on monitor).
   hit this “ show tables”
   
   Ok we can see like this in the last of table
   
   


4. Ok use “select” command to display what is content in ost-user_login (why select this cz I going to knowing my forgot password login if u wonder what is ost_user u can display it with “select” command also )
   
   Jreng jreng jreng we can see user account who can login into my ostube that is “admin” Then how about password ?? ok be calm take same food or coffe to relaxing out life (haha kidding don’t be tight, serious calm down dude)   
   Ok visit this website http://www.md5decrypter.co.uk/ then paste our password who has encryption use md5 (copy & paste from user_login_pass look at above picture)
